Habits are things you do every day, over and over. They are formed over time, you have to do things consistently over 60 times for them to become habits. They build neural pathways in your brain. So, when you form one, it is what your brain is hardwired to do. Good habits are actions that are good for you, help you look after yourself, and make your daily life easier.
Remember it is okay to make mistakes and it is okay to forget to do something, or to do something you are trying to kick the habit of doing. Don’t beat yourself up, get back on the horse and keep trying.
